John:

So, if you get an extraneous text, look to see if it says things

John:

like buy and purchase and that kind of stuff Google will not allow

John:

you to call a product, buy if they want the product to be the product.

John:

And it worked well.

John:

It just, wasn't very profitable and very scalable.

John:

We kept getting suspensions and disproves every other week until we found out

John:

a way to say it's like the right way.

John:

So again, it's such a gray area.

John:

We're talking about, try to abbreviate or get around it.

John:

You do that seven times at seven in place on site, then you get suspended

John:

and you're like, well, now I gotta go back and find out what I was.

John:

So it's even sometimes harder to get you to do things.

John:

Google's way all the recommendations and all the auto applies.

John:

And then we get to turn around in and say, absolutely, we will do all of that.

John:

Once we're no longer in a SP , so we get to leverage what they need to do,

John:

and they will add people down for you.

John:

They'll open up tickets and send you ticket updates.

John:

It's pretty cool.

John:

So we say, sure.

John:

I'm not gonna do that though, because my, campaign's broken.

John:

I'm thinking about leaving Google.

John:

Oh,

John:

okay.

John:

What about abbreviations?

John:

Oh, no.

John:

So that's the thing too is Google's gonna scan everything

John:

and they understand English.

John:

They understand every language, essentially.

John:

So if you say like whole plant H.

John:

If you get suspended or disapproved.

John:

Yeah.

John:

It's, probably the reason why, or like, C space, B space D those seven

John:

things, you're really not gonna be able to kind of like trick Google and

John:

a good rule thumb to is everyone's tried to every tricking the book.

John:

And if you try to Google, like CBE, you will see ads for a reason.

John:

We have run ads to a company before actually called No still around.

John:

Yeah, it is.

John:

He put this back on because he stopped running ads.

John:

But so that was the reason why it's, like we said, Hey, he is like, it's

John:

just not really working without ads.

John:

I'm just gonna go organic and I'm just gonna do social, that kind of stuff.

John:

So, okay.

John:

So you'll see that this isn't imagery that's about THC or, C

John:

you have no idea what that is that looks like, D eight gummy variety.

John:

he made up his own product names, which like to by D eight,

John:

everyone knows what this was.

John:

He just couldn't say it.

John:

So this part here, he had, the THC was gone is like the DRI.

John:

So you couldn't even say derived from TC, you can say like industrial

John:

hemp, like, okay, perfect.

John:

Like industrial hemp was about.

John:

Hand motion.

John:

You could say that, but then he just said, I'm just gonna add TAC everywhere

John:

and see if I can do it this way.

John:

And it worked well.

John:

It just, wasn't very profitable and very scalable.

John:

We kept getting suspensions and disproves every other week until we

John:

found out a way to say it the right way.

John:

So again, it's such a gray area where we're talking about try to

John:

abbreviate or get around it that.

John:

you do that seven times at seven in place on site, then you get suspended.

John:

You're like, well, now I gotta go back and find out where that was.

John:

So it's even sometimes harder.

John:

Shavan sent a comment also in the chat about a case with another

John:

client who got suspended due to misre presentation issue, they tried to fix

John:

it, but it has not been fixed yet.

John:

GNC support have.

John:

The same answer every time everything is okay.

John:

Just go ahead and submit the review.

John:

Oh, so not GMC support.

John:

That's Atlanta.

John:

Was it GMC support that we reached out to?

John:

Yes.

John:

It was support.

John:

So GMC support and the rep are two different departments.

John:

And that's, what's interesting.

John:

The rep the people that try to get you to go ahead and auto

John:

apply all the recommendations.

John:

They're there to make you.

John:

To get you to do things, Google's way all the recommendations

John:

and all the auto applies.

John:

And then we get to turn around in and say, absolutely, we will do all of that once.

John:

We're no longer in a fruit.

John:

So we get to leverage what they need to do and they will go hunt people down for you.

John:

They'll open up tickets, they'll send you ticket updates.

John:

It's pretty cool.

John:

their job is to get you to do what they need, what they're trying to get paid for.

John:

And if we say no, no, no, no, no, they don't get paid.

John:

So we say, sure, I'm not gonna do that though, because my campaign's broken.

John:

I'm thinking about leaving Google.

John:

Oh, good way to do that.

John:

What happens when they actually get the thing done and then you have

John:

to follow all the recommendations.

John:

Oh, I did.

John:

I followed the recommendations and then three days later, I set up an email

John:

saying I lost 40% of my conversions.

John:

I changed this back.

John:

Let's talk about this later.

John:

And then I just avoid 'em

John:

We have another question.

John:

Can we add phrases, like buy in the product titles?

John:

Like if we try to include keywords in the title that contain the word by,

John:

would it cause any disapprovals you will get an error called strenuous.

John:

So buy and sometimes even sale you'll actually get STR strenuous text because

John:

you're adding a actionable burb that Google will not allow you to run.

John:

So if you get strenuous text, look to see if it says things like buy and

John:

purchase and that kind of stuff Google will not allow you to call a product buy.

John:

They want the product to be the product.

John:

there are more questions than the chat.

John:

Anybody else?

John:

This is not a glitch.

John:

I'm interrupting the video you're watching because I need to remind

John:

you that I'm always looking for people to join our team.

John:

So if you're passionate about Google ads and you wanna work with the best

John:

Google ads agency on the planet, please go to so late.com/apply.

John:

Speaking of working with the best Google ads agency on the planet, if

John:

you're having trouble with Google ads and you want professional help.

John:

That's what we do.

John:

You can go to.

John:

So lake.com that's S O L eight.com to apply for your

John:

free no obligation action plan.

John:

And if I've given you any level of value at all, maybe think about giving me a

John:

thumbs up and to try to our channel.

John:

That's how we choose the YouTube algorithm.

John:

So they actually know that I know what I'm talking about.

John:

If you have questions, comments, concerns, or confessions hit

John:

me below in the comments.

John:

And now back to your regularly scheduled program my question is about a client.

John:

I think you recently met with them.

John:

It's a supplement company.

John:

So recently they had a.

John:

More than 200 products disapproved and among them were.

John:

Previously approved best seller products.

John:

So they raw has took a little bit of a dip.

John:

I won't, yeah, I know this.

John:

I know this is recorded.

John:

So won't say their name if we ever wanna use them.

John:

But is this the, it starts two words.

John:

U the second word is E XP.

John:

Yeah.

John:

Yeah.

John:

I know.

John:

what you're talking about.

John:

So I wanted to Google, I tried to find like why they suddenly got

John:

disapproved it's as you said, like the wages of explanations, this.

John:

Violation of Google policies, no explanation nodding at all.

John:

Like I even went through forbid pharmaceuticals list to see if there's

John:

an ingredient flag or something, getting a hopeful call with this Google support,

John:

not with the representative, but support.

John:

They're like, ah, lemme like take a look at it.

John:

And they're like, yeah, you know what?

John:

We have no idea why this is the support.

John:

So why don't you go ahead and delete this.

John:

Try to create a new one.

John:

I'm like, sure.

John:

But Any idea why I'm getting disapproved for some reason.

John:

So I can at least get some sense of idea why I should do

John:

to at least avoid getting FLA.

John:

Again, I check Googled, I see the same product, same description,

John:

same everything being advertised.

John:

I even send them a screenshot.

John:

Hey, you're allowing our competitors to one of the, I think it was one test

John:

test on same from the same company.

John:

Yeah, that one, the second one, one test test on.

John:

Yep.

John:

If you search for there's ads running for this specific product, but ours

John:

are getting repeatedly disapproved.

John:

I tried changing descriptions, product titles, removing GTI, and

John:

I even went there a Shopify page.

John:

Yep.

John:

Turn the description into an image.

John:

Still got flagged.

John:

So my question.

John:

I'm trying to at least save some of their best sellers.

John:

Cause like they have a product, $9 mail enhancer, something,

John:

it brings a lot of conversions.

John:

I'm not trying to save all three, 200 of them.

John:

My question is, is there something that I can do to do it?

John:

Or, and my second follow up question would be if.

John:

I try too many times to, you know, supplement Google's algorithm.

John:

Would I get in trouble or suspension or anything?

John:

Like, would you say try a few times, but if you fail, don't try it any further.

John:

You'll get a suspension.

John:

Yep.

John:

So from the first thing, there's a few.

John:

Products, you will never be able to get around.

John:

I told that to him yesterday and I actually laughed about it and

John:

he told me the backstory and it's actually a brilliant, brilliant,

John:

brilliant form of marketing.

John:

So one testosterone, AAR Android, all.

John:

Diana Ball, DECA Bolan, these equi Equa Bolan.

John:

This is names of actual steroids, So Diana Ball was street name Dal pro it's

John:

actually not a pro hormone pro hormones.

John:

Our band.

John:

I told him about that too, because he says, Hey, it's not a performance.

John:

It's actually called it muscle building.

John:

Well, Google still sees testosterone for hormones in a title and, and

John:

of the products that are, that are being pulled into wires as well.

John:

They, they understand what we're selling.

John:

But the Diana Ball Dal, when he said he is brilliant, he goes, the

John:

actual brand name of the steroid went went up for essentially, it

John:

was a renewal of the copyright.

John:

They let it last.

John:

So he bought the copyright.

John:

So this is basically like saying, Hey, our product's called heroin.

John:

That's literally what's going on to Google's eyes or crack cocaine.

John:

We're never gonna get around that because they literally used the exact name

John:

word for letter, of the actual steroid.

John:

So I'm like, it's brilliant.

John:

Cuz anybody looking for like buy, Dal or Dyna ball online?

John:

Yeah, they they're gonna find it now.

John:

It actually doesn't have Dal in it.

John:

It's not a real, steroid.

John:

They.

John:

Call it back.

John:

So for those type of things, testosterone there's test two 50 test 500 test Nate.

John:

And testate, those are actual steroids for TRT testosterone

John:

replacement therapy from a doctor.

John:

He calls it the same thing.

John:

So I was talking to him yesterday.

John:

I said, he's like, what are we gonna do on this one?

John:

I'm like, We're just gonna have to keep, keep begging Google, and then

John:

like, it is just always getting around and he goes, yeah, I wish we could

John:

find a way to get around that, but he's like, but brilliant thing the guy did.

John:

So the client understands the situation he understands also what's

John:

going on and he's okay with it.

John:

And I just told him there's, it's amazing that he had the name of

John:

the steroid, but yeah, we're gonna run into some issues with that.

John:

So there's some things there.

John:

There's a bunch of halo test, like all of these or most of these things, this

John:

one's actually a derivative, but what they call super draw, they call the Helo draw.

John:

Super draw was a design of steroid 2009 and then got banned 2011.

John:

And now they just like, they actually literally copied the bottle

John:

of super draw that was banned.

John:

Super draw Bann this one here was funny is if you look at the actual

John:

image of super draw back, this is it.

John:

This is the one that got banned anabolic stream, super draw.

John:

And it kind of like shows the same.

John:

Like he draw, like they use the same kind of shape and everything pretty,

John:

pretty funny, but it's missing the 14th methyl ethylene that you need.

John:

So all this stuff here, we're never gonna get around it.

John:

Google's just never gonna let you to sell testosterone online.

John:

That is physical steroids.

John:

So tested bowl and Tribulous wind straw, DeVol, DECA, tr CLE, all those things.

John:

We can't.

John:

Oh, even suss, not two 50.

John:

There it is.

John:

There's another one that we can't Google already doesn't like those,

John:

but for the other products that are like mail enhancements, there

John:

is a way to get around this.

John:

and I already told 'em about it and it's called that's Health's legit script.

John:

So logistic scripts, like four or five grand, we did.

John:

And every single day, this little gift update says eight, five

John:

today's logistic script certified.

John:

And then they just give you a link and it goes right to their homepage.

John:

It's not real.

John:

You pay legit script, $5,000.

John:

They have, you drop an HTML tag on the site.

John:

They say, wow, you own the site.

John:

Ta-da, you're now certified.

John:

here's your logistic script.

John:

And we've never had a problem with ads ever since, even though I'm

John:

selling prescription medication for 74 bucks without a prescription

John:

who was like, ask, cool, go ahead.

John:

So.

John:

The way to get around this.

John:

And I told him, I said, Hey, you pay their, mafia fee at five grand.

John:

You get white labeled for the rest of your life with Google and it's all done.

John:

He goes, all right, well, he was like, I'll, see if I can contact him again.

John:

That's really the only way to stop this.

John:

We will run into this disapproval every other month.

John:

It's gonna be 1,300 or disapproved.

John:

I'd like to have these 300 rearview.

John:

You got 180 Rero by the way, these other 47 became disapproved.

John:

Exactly.

John:

It'll just run like this forever.

John:

It'll run, run, run, run.

John:

That's why legit script.

John:

Or that's why logistics exist to essentially pull, mafia money in

John:

like, Hey, we'll let you do the legal things about we'll protect you.

John:

That's what it is.

John:

So it's really, really odd, but I told him all this yesterday.

John:

And so we're fine here.

John:

We're just gonna have to keep asking for reviews.

John:

I have not seen the last two years rereview of products and resubmit

John:

products lead to a suspension.

John:

I haven't seen it.

John:

So I'd be really, really surprised if that actually.

John:

One last question then, is there any negative effects

John:

of leaving those disapproved products in the merchant center?

John:

Should I just go into the feed and exclude them or let's just let them stay there?

John:

if they been disapproved, we have no chance it was ever coming

John:

back and that falling back off, I would just remove from the feed.

John:

It's not gonna hurt.

John:

But I don't think it's gonna probably look good for our suspension risk.

John:

If it says you keep growing in size of the disapproved.

John:

So it went from 30 to 40 to 50 to 60 just stop.

John:

So it probably would be good to remove those.
